If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged item, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process in compliance with UAE consumer protection laws. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning or exchanging skincare products purchased from our store.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Skincare products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Defective or Damaged Products: Products that are damaged during delivery or are found defective at the time of opening the package.
  • Incorrect Product Delivered: If the delivered product does not match the order, either in type, size, or variant.
  • Unopened and Unused Products: If the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and the seal is intact, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

Note: Due to the nature of skincare products, items that have been opened, used, or tested cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons unless there is a defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items
